Cyclist Alan Horsburgh talks about juggling fitness with work and family commitments, plus Stewart Collins shares his experiences of joining his son in the hockey club.

Passionate cyclist Alan Horsburgh tells Gillian Russell about how he tries to juggle his cycling training with work and family life, often going out on his bike at 6am or 11pm just to fit it all in - while wife Morag hints that sometimes cycling does take priority...!

If you struggle to juggle, how about exercising with you kids? Stewart Collins talks about taking up hockey in order to keep fit and spend time with his son.

And we'll be catching up with a bunch of cyclists as they set off on a charity challenge in the Highlands which is the equivalent of tackling Everest ... 380 miles and an ascent of 25,000ft!
