Tonight Claudia Winkleman will announce the result of the search for the first ever official Radio 2 Artist In Residence in association with digital arts organisation The Space.

The lucky artist will be awarded a golden pass to Radio 2 events and events that Radio 2 covers for 12 months, plus a bursary and a mentor who is a leading figure in the world of Arts and Culture. In return, they will create a minimum of four artistic responses to what they experience.

There were applications from all areas of the Arts but there is only one position up for grabs, so to find out who is the recipient and what area they work in, tune in tonight at 10pm.
