Billy Sloan highlights the career of Gerry Rafferty of the Humblebums, Stealers Wheel and solo fame, plus he plays a couple of tracks by Scottish singer-songwriter Frankie Miller.

Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul. In this weekend's Musical Chairs Billy highlights the career of the late Scottish singer/songwriter & producer Gerry Rafferty, of solo career, The Humblebums and Stealers Wheel fame and associated with The Proclaimers, La Roux, Andy Fairweather Low, Linda Thompson, Barbara Dickson & Mark Knopfler. In Movie Moment Billy's playing 'Magic Piper of Love' by Edwyn Collins from the movie Austin Powers and the Live and Dangerous track comes from English rock band Free and in Classic Songwriters, Billy plays tracks from the pen of Scottish singer/songwriter Frankie Miller.
