Fitness trainer Kelly Rennie talks about effective exercise for busy mothers, plus mother-of-three Fiona Gell shares her experience of juggling fitness with motherhood.

Kelly Rennie, Personal Trainer to Busy Mums, tells Gillian Russell about "effective exercise". If you haven't time to go for a run don't be hard on yourself - why not concentrate on your hydration, nutrition or stress management instead. Just do what you can. And forget your waistline - it's about feeling good about yourself!

Mum of three Fiona Gell shares her experiences of juggling fitness along with motherhood and discusses how attitudes to exercise and healthy living have changed in the 16 years since she had her first child.

We'll be catching up with Personal Best volunteer Fiona White to see how she's getting on with the goals she set herself on last week's programme.

Scott Currie meets some of the people who attend the East Kilbride Sporting Memories group to find out about how it promotes physical and mental well-being through fun activities, helping group members to reminisce and tell their own personal stories of watching or participating in sports.
