Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul plus listen to Part 1 of Billy's interview with U2's the Edge and Adam Clayton, recorded backstage before their recent sold out gigs at the Glasgow Hydro (Part 2 of the interview on Sunday night's show). This weekend's Musical Chairs highlights the career of legendary musician, singer and songwriter Robert Plant, former Led Zeppelin singer and lyricist, hugely successful solo career and collaborations with many artists including Jimmy Page, Alison Krauss, Queen, Primal Scream and The Honeydrippers. In Movie Moment Billy's playing 'Kiss From A Rose' by Seal from the movie Batman Forever, and in Classic Songwriters, we're keeping with the U2 theme this weekend, playing tracks from the pen of Bono and the Edge.
