It's Linda's hen party, but will Sharon be able to push through and hide what's really going on? Phil struggles to stay in control. Shabnam and Kush return from their honeymoon.

A hungover Phil wakes up and is angered to find he is locked in his bedroom. Phil apologises to Sharon through the door; Sharon maintains that she has to keep him in there to make it stop. A desperate Phil rifles through his wardrobe and finds a bottle of whiskey, wrapped for Ian and Jane. Phil opens the bottle and swigs. Ben, Jay and Abi are unimpressed that Sharon’s locked up Phil, but Sharon stands firm; it’s her husband, her way. Later, Sharon tries bringing Phil some food, but is devastated to find that he’s drunk again. When she tries to snatch the bottle from him, he slaps her hard.

As Sharon locks Phil back in, she realises she’s bleeding. Phil pounds on the door, claiming that Sharon is the reason he drinks. At her hen –do, Linda clocks Sharon’s cut ear, but Sharon blames cheap earrings. Back at the house, a desperate Phil downs the last drop of whiskey. When Linda gushes about marriage, Sharon struggles to keep up appearances and claims she needs to leave, she doesn’t feel well. Linda sees through her act and demands they talk upstairs.

Sharon admits to Linda that she didn’t tell her the truth about Phil straight away because she’s ashamed – she and Phil aren’t the big love story that everyone thinks they are. A teary Sharon also spills to Linda that she’s found her biological dad – turns out she’s not going to get her happy ending; her father’s a monster. Sharon begs Linda to carry on enjoying her party – Linda reluctantly agrees but asks Sharon to stay the night at the Vic, so that she knows she’s okay. A desperate Sharon sneaks out and calls Gavin, but quickly tails off and hangs up. Back at the Mitchell’s, as Sharon pours herself a drink, she hears Phil banging from upstairs, begging for a drink. Sharon heads into the bedroom and pours herself a gin, before handing Phil the bottle and despairing as she facetiously toasts to their marriage...

Nancy tells Mick that Linda’s worried about the hen do – concerned about what Sharon will have planned. Mick heads over to Sharon’s, who claims she has a sickness bug. Mick assures her that he’ll get the Vic exactly how she wanted it and that he’s sure she’ll be better for later. At Jane’s house, as the hens drink champagne, Linda struggles to hide her hurt at Sharon being absent. As they head to the Vic – Linda is thrilled; Sharon’s arrived and the Vic is done up in a 90s theme – as a throwback to when she and Mick first met. Mick’s thrilled to see Linda’s content as the party gets into full swing. At the end of the night, Mick takes a half-cut Linda to bed; she woozily declares how much she loves him.

A panicked Vincent asks Kim whether he’s seen a folder full of pictures – covering that it’s a set list. Kim states that she saw Fatboy with it yesterday. In the Car Lot, an angry Vincent corners Fatboy, pinning him against a wall. A terrified Fatboy admits that he gave the folder of photos to Ronnie. Roxy and Dean are shocked to find Ronnie on the doorstep. Roxy apologises for grassing on Ronnie; Ronnie begs Roxy to come with her. When Dean retaliates, Roxy asks Ronnie to just leave them alone.

Vincent finds Ronnie in the Square Gardens and claims that he’s on her side; Ronnie isn’t convinced. Ronnie reminds Vincent that she can easily put him danger, just with one phone call. In the park, a mystery man tells Vincent that if he doesn’t deal with Ronnie, then he will. Vincent finally admits to Ronnie that he wants to take down the Mitchells, but claims he’s the only one who’s truly out to look after her.

Carmel offers to cover Denise’s shift to allow her to try and find out what’s happened to Jordan. Denise find Carmel in the Vic later and despairs that she’s discovered that no-one has spoken to Jordan in years.

When Lee clocks Cora scrabbling for cigarettes in the outside ash trays, he offers to leave the barrel store door open so that there’s somewhere dry for her. A nonplussed Cora turns on her heel. In the allotments, a freezing cold Cora desperately tries to get a cigarette lit. Down in the Vic barrel store, Lee informs Mick of his meeting with Cora earlier, claiming that she didn’t accept his offer of help. Overhearing this, Cora backs away.

Kush and Shabnam arrive back from their honeymoon to the Vic – the pair are loved up. As Kush and Shabnam embrace, Stacey enters and Kush’s eyes are drawn to her pregnancy bump.
