This month Adventure Show's at the UK's highest sportive, the 3 Pistes - over 100 miles of road biking that includes upwards of 2,000 metres of climbing.

It is aptly named as it takes riders through three of Scotland's most iconic ski resorts, Glenshee and the Lecht are punishing ascents but there's a sting in the tail as it finishes at Cairngorm Mountain.

Also on the show, we have an exclusive report from Nepal. Five months after the earthquakes that devastated much of the country, we discover that no outside aid has reached the mountain communities in the Everest National Park.
