Ministers agree more needs to be done, and an additional billion pounds a year will be invested into mental health care by 2020. We focus on what you can do to protect yourself from daily stress before your feelings escalate, and look at emotional resilience with Glyn Williams, a psychotherapist at the University of the West of England.

Phil speaks to a seventeen year old boy in Utah, who has saved money from two part time jobs, for more than a year....all so he could afford to hand out a flower to every single female student at his school for Valentine's Day!

Back Row with Siobhan Synnot and Chi Chi Izundu looks ahead to the Grammy Awards.

And we continue the theme of mental health with our Midnight Expert, Gerad Kite. He's a psychotherapist who opened the UK's first NHS acupuncture service in the 1990s.
