Len Goodman takes model, actress and cook Lisa Faulkner back to West Wittering in West Sussex to relive the favourite childhood holiday she took in 1980.

Straightaway Len surprises Lisa by picking her up in a fab Ford Fiesta, just like the one she would have curled up in the back of on her way down to the coast. On this holiday she stayed at her grandma and grandad's house, and Len works his magic to get access to the actual house she stayed in. It's clearly emotional for Lisa, as the memories of her childhood and of her grandparents come flooding back.

Lisa's always been a good cook, and after winning Celebrity MasterChef she decided to write cookbooks. Len never wastes an opportunity to don an apron with the best, so they cook up something Lisa would have had back in 1980 - a scotch egg! But first they have to collect the fresh eggs from a nearby farm the old-fashioned way. They also build sandcastles on the beach and indulge in a wonderful picnic on a pair of deckchairs - perfect.

Along the way, we get an insight into Lisa's varied career. From starting out as a model, she turned her hand to acting in shows such as Brookside, Spooks and Holby City and now writes cookbooks - she really does have many strings to her bow. We also delve into what made this holiday so memorable for a young Lisa Faulkner.
