Victims of online fraud should no longer be refunded by banks if they fail to protect themselves. That's from Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, the Head of the Metropolitan Police who says that the system 'rewards' the public for being lax about internet security. Adrian Goldberg asks if you've been the victim of online fraud and if you got the money refunded.
