According to recent research, millions of people in Britain who have arthritis and joint pain are not in control of their pain ... and as a result many are topping up their prescriptions with over-the-counter pills. Professor Tonia Vincent from Arthritis Research UK talks about how much exercise can help with the symptoms and advises on the most suitable forms of fitness to try.
