Christmas comes to Oxford Street when tens of thousands of people come to watch the switch-on of its festive lights. We follow the behind-the-scenes team making sure everything lights up as it should as Kylie Minogue presses the button.
Plainclothes police on patrol have to deal with all manner of problems, from illegal immigrants to teenage shoplifters.
And part of a world-famous public artwork is removed from the tube. Will it see the light of day again?
