Film Review Day with a discussion of Where to Invade Next, documentarian Michael Moore's expansive and subversive new comedy

Janice discusses Michael Moore's documentary Where to Invade Next, plus critics Paul Gallagher and Stephen Carty review the film along with Mother's Day and When Marnie Was There.

It's film review day here on The Janice Forsyth Show.

Today, Janice will be discussing Where to Invade Next - documentarian Michael Moore's expansive, and subversive, new comedy: he plays the role of "invader," visiting a host of nations to "steal" ideas and learn how the U.S. could improve its own prospects.

Regular Critics, Paul Gallagher & Stephen Carty will share their thoughts on the film, on Mother's Day" - the latest star studded ensemble comedy from director Garry Marshall, bringing together Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson and Julia Roberts(!!) and on When Marnie Was There , from the legendary 'Studio Ghibli.'

Later in the show, Author Joe Hill (the son of legendary novelist Stephen King ) discusses his new novel, 'The Fireman', acclaimed Documentary Director, Gianfranco Rosi tells us about his remarkable new film, 'Fire At Sea' - Winner Of The Golden Bear At The 2016 Berlin Film Festival and, ahead of its release on DVD, TJ Miller discusses his role as 'Weasel' in Deadpool.

All that and the launch of the 2016 Edinburgh Book Festival!

Don't Miss it!
