Phil talks to Tariq Jahan, whose son Haroon died in his arms, after being hit by a car in the Birmingham riots 5 years ago. Tariq Jahan's public statement the next day is widely viewed to have calmed tensions, and also may have prevented futher loss of life.

Also on the programme, Stephanie Slater, whose London Olympic dream was ended by disability. She's now qualified for Rio as a paralympian swimmer in the 100 metres S8 butterfly - she's currently the world record holder.
