A customer bought a second-hand car with a dangerous flaw. Sheriffs Lawrence and Kev visit the dealer, but he isn't keen to pay what is due. A mobility scooter shop owes a customer a refund but cannot pay, so Lawrence and Kev have some difficult decisions to make.
