On the show this week are Joan Ballantine, professor of accounting at Ulster University Business School - she's written a report into gender equality at executive level in our public sector; Cheryl McWilliams owns and runs Mother Bee which produces natural bees wax products for animals and humans; and Olivia Farnan author at the Blinky Company.
