Joining Colum Arbuckle this week are Margaret Grayson and Tommy Atkinson. Margaret is a former radiographer and now chair of the Northern Ireland Cancer Research Consumer Forum, where her experience of working with cancer patients and surviving cancer herself is proving invaluable.

Tommy is from the Shankill Road in Belfast but ended up in America working on a ranch and riding bucking broncos in rodeos.

Colum also finds out how to lose a bit of weight after the Christmas festivities.
