Financial phone-in. An exemption from stamp duty or help with moving costs - would these encourage people to downsize?

The government's much anticipated white paper on housing policy is expected next week. Amongst the various policies designed to fix the housing crisis, it's thought there will be a number of incentives to encourage older people to downsize including exemptions from stamp duty and help with moving costs.
