Jason Lewis tells Fiona Stalker about his experience championing the low-impact life.

Jason Lewis has broken three records in his attempt to traverse the world by human power alone. He spoke to Fiona about why he wants to champion low impact living and why he decided to embark on this mammoth challenge.

Fiona took to the hills around Aberdeen to find out about the new bike trails that are helping families get out and about on their bikes.

Julie Baghurst is an upcycler from Aberdeen who makes home accessories from old bits and pieces. She joins Fiona in the studio to make a cutlery coat hanger!

The Library of Things is a community initiative that enables people to borrow objects and learn the skills to use them. We hear from founder Rebecca Trevalyan about how the initiative started.

With Park Runs taking the country by storm, Fiona talks to Liz Corbett from ParkRun UK about how park runs are not just for grownups.

Carole Baxter is in the studio to talk about all things green in the gardening world, including how to make your own compost and compost bin.
