Billy Sloan plays tracks written by singer-songwriter Paddy McAloon of Prefab Sprout fame, plus he highlights the career of Mick Jones.

Billy Sloan introduces the very best in rock and pop music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world along with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul. In the Musical Chairs feature, Billy highlights the career of singer/songwriter and musician Mick Jones, best known for his work with The Clash and associated with the likes of Big Audio Dynamite, Aztec Camera, Gorillaz, The Libertines, The Justice Tonight Band, General Public, Carbon/Sillicon, Ian Hunter, Theatre of Hate, Primal Scream, Rachid Taha and The Wallflowers. The Live and Dangerous tracks are from the album 'Aloha from Hawaii Via Satellite' - a concert headlined by Elvis Presley and broadcast live via satellite on January 14, 1973. The concert took place at the Honolulu International Center in Honolulu. The Movie Moment track is 'Sugar Man' by Rodriguez from the movie 'Searching For Sugarman' and in Classic Songwriters there's tracks from the pen of Paddy McAloon.
