Colum Arbuckle's guests are Marge Bernard and Roisin Lynch. Marge is American but lives here now. She has been a political activist, was one of the pioneers of woman's studies in the US and recently when researching her Irish ancestry she found out that a grandmother a number of times removed had once been tried as a witch!

Rosin has been an athlete all her life, competing, teaching, winning and she once carried the Olympic torch. She is retired now but she still competes in triathlons and puts herself through a rigorous training routine every single day of the week.
