Examining whether a company evicting over 70 families from a Peterborough estate is failing in its legal duties as a landlord. And a celebration of the Ferguson TE 20 tractor.

Inside Out examines whether the company evicting over 70 families from an estate in Peterborough is failing in its legal duties as a landlord, and asks why the city council would do a deal to house homeless people with the landlord. And back in 1946, a little grey tractor rolled off the production line and transformed farming for good. The Ferguson TE 20 was a feat of engineering that made farming much safer. It was so well liked and so influential that its 70th birthday celebrations brought the place where it was first made to a standstill. The popular tractor attracts crowds even now.
