The Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Royal Albert Hall has become a real showcase of the best in military music making, and the Bands of Her Majesty's Royal Marines in particular. The event will once again be led by the Principal Director of Music for the Royal Marines, Lt.col. Nick Grace OBE. He has spent the whole of his professional musical life with the Royal Marines and Frank Renton will be talking to him about his career, music in the Royal Marines and what we can expect at this year's Mountbatten Festival of Music.
