Roger Black says that European Athletics' plans to erase all World and European records from before 2005 are unfair.

Athletes are angry that European Athletics plans to erase all World and European records from before 2005. They say any record set pre-2005 would have to follow strict anti doping criteria and if they didn't, would remain on an "all time" list but not be recognised as official World or European Records.
Roger Black stands to lose his 4 x 400 metre relay European record from the Atlanta Olympics in 1996, if the proposals are accepted - he says the plans are unfair.
