Breastfeeding, the Blue Whale Challenge and Dr Michael Mosley's Sleep Clinic

Kaye Adams asks if breastfeeding should be allowed anytime, anyplace and anywhere, plus Dr Michael Mosley joins her for a special Sleep Clinic.

There's been widespread coverage of Australian Senator Larissa Waters becoming the first politician to breastfeed in the nation's parliament. Ms Waters, from the left-wing Greens party, fed two-month-old daughter Alia Joy during a vote on Tuesday. Also this week the death of breastfeeding campaigner Sophie Emma Rose has led to more calls for the normalisation of the practice.

We are one of the most sleep-deprived countries in the world. Ahead of the broadcast of his latest programme, The Truth About Sleep, insomniac Dr Michael Mosley joins Kaye for a special sleep clinic.

Schools, the police and the NSPCC are appealing to parents to beware The Blue Whale Challenge - a sick social media game that apparently encourages young people to harm themselves. There are questions about its origin and some of the reporting of it but it's far from the first disturbing craze to arise online but what is the best way to respond to and deal with them? AVOCADO HAND
Surgeons say that growing numbers of amateur chefs are reporting to accident and emergency department with what they are calling "avocado hand" - serious stab and slash injuries that are the result of failed attempts cut open the fruit. Kaye gets a guide on how to avoid it happening to you.

Keep Britain Tidy have started a campaign to make sure people know their rights when it comes to asking for tap water. They want people to stop using plastic bottles. Is it time to ditch bottled water?
