More details emerge of the men who carried out the London Bridge terror attack, and questions raised about possible intelligence failings.
The third London attacker was named as 22 year old Youssef Zaghba described by authorities as a Moroccan Italian man. The Italian Police say they placed him on a watchlist after they stopped him trying to fly to Syria in March last year. They say they shared that information with British intelligence officers.
