This week, his guest is Joey DeFrancesco, one of the world's most renowned organ players who has played with the likes of Miles Davis, John McLaughlin and Grover Washington Jr.
He talks about his admiration for Jimmy Smith as well as his childhood growing up at school in Philadelphia alongside Questlove, Christian McBride and Boys To Men. He also introduces a track from his latest album Project Freedom out now on Mack Avenue Records.
