Grant Stott sits in for Janice Forsyth and tunes in to arts, culture and music across Scotland.

Glasgow has been host to a new music festival Trnsmt - with indoor and outdoor venues and a line up including new bands and old favourites like Radiohead and Belle and Sebastian. The JF show sent Paul English along. Plus we'll have some exclusive recordings of some of the performances.
Playwright and film director Jonathan Lynn was responsible for My Cousin Vinny and Nuns on the Run. He's also the co-creator of the satirical classics Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister. He'll be talking to Grant Stott about his new novel - Samaritans, which takes on the American healthcare system.
The Pitlochry Theatre Festival is getting into full swing for the Summer season. The theatre in the hills attracts audiences from practically every postcode in the UK. Grant will be talking to Artistic Director John Durnin about what's on offer from Cole Porter's High Society, through Alan Ayckbourn to Alan Bennett, JM Barrie, Peter Barnes and David Greig. We'll also hear how the ambitious plans for rebuilding the theatre for the 70th anniversary in 2021 are coming along.

Natalie Fergie loves all things textile. She's a yarn dyer and collects old sewing machines. She was so taken with the story behind her 99K Singer originally made in Clydebank that it inspired her debut novel - The Sewing Machine. Natalie will be talking about her new book and the obsession which inspired her story.
Glasgow based poet Magi Gibson has been involved in selecting this year's 主播大秀 poet in residence. We will find out who this is after the Summer but Magi drops by to read some poems from her new collection 'Washing Hugh MacDiarmid's socks' and to talk about the importance of poetry in our daily lives.
