Nomia talks to 26-year-old boxer Tony Bange who's been tipped for big things by former champion Naseem Hamed. And Inspector Amar Shakoor and PC Gurvinder Singh from Police Scotland talk to Nomia about the force's new recruitment programme, which they hope will encourage people from minority backgrounds to consider a career in policing.
