Welsh star Dewi Griffiths, 2016 champion Shadrack Korir and Commonwealth Games silver medallist Josphat Bett face off in the men's race, while Violah Jepchumba and Edith Chelimo battle it out in the women's race. The wheelchair field features Ben Rowlings and Melissa Nicholls.
