BAFTA-winning film director Hope Dickson Leach talks about the Raising Films campaign to remove barriers to working parents in film and an Open Letter they've compiled with 500 members of the UK film industry calling for a compulsory system of accountability to address the abuse, harassment and assault problems facing the film industry. Maureen Beattie talks to Janice about her own experience of harassment as a young actor and how that has impacted on her life.
