Documentary following an annual expedition to the small island of S霉laisgeir to hunt for guga, young gannets that can be eaten as a delicacy.

Aon turas sa bhliadhna tha deichnear fhireannach 脿 sg矛re Nis ann an Eilean Le貌dhais a' se貌ladh 40 m矛le gu Tuath son e貌in-mara s貌nraichte - an guga - a ghlagadh. 'S gann gu bheil an sealg air atharrachadh tro na linntean, agus seallaidh sinn air an traidisean 脿raid seo tro agallamhan leothasan a ghabh p脿irt thar nam bliadhnaichean, agus tro sheann fhilmichean dhen t-sealg, cuid nach deach fhaicinn a-riamh roimhe.

Once a year a small group of men from Ness on Lewis make a 40-mile sea journey north to catch a special seabird - the guga. The hunt has barely changed in centuries, and we explore this unique tradition through interviews with those who have taken part over the years and rarely seen archive.
