For this pensioner, it means surviving with minimal heat from an electric radiator, going without hot meals and wearing three layers of clothing every day.Ìý It’s affecting her health and severe asthma has put her into hospital three times.Ìý But Margherita discovers how we can all help our loved ones stay warm and safe throughout the winter with some help from the experts.
