Previously of trio The Pipettes, Gwenno Saunders' latest album is the follow up to her 2014 Welsh-language album, Y Dydd Olaf.

Plus, Lauren picks three listener selected Monday Motivators to help us kick-start the week. This week, we go for an iconic women theme, with songs from Mama Cass, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Queen Latifah and En Vogue.
