John meets friends of Patrick Sanders to celebrate the life of the author and artist who sadly took his life last year - it's being launched at the Belfast Children's Festival next week. He visits the Hallissey family at Tollymore in Newcastle where son Luka is within reaching distance of becoming the All Ireland Champion in bouldering. Acoustic duo Two's Harmony will be singing live in studio, made up of two sisters from Derry, Lauren and Bethany Doherty and Paula McIntyre will be cooking carrot and barley risotto with slow braised lamb, influenced from her trip recently to Iceland.
