A report from MPs on the Women and Equalities Committee has said that Government efforts to support fathers in the workplace have not yet delivered despite good intentions. Committee chair Maria Miller says that Dads increasingly can't cope with balancing life and working life and that "workplace policies have not kept up with the social changes in people's everyday lives."
