Spring Awakening, Gerda Stevenson, plus reviews of Irvine Welsh and George Ezra

Author Helen McClory tells Janice about her new short story collection Mayhem and Death, and why she finds Jeff Goldblum a source of writing inspiration.

Gerda Stevenson has written a book, Quines, which features poems in tribute to women of Scotland. She's also written the libretto for a new opera, a modern take on Coleridge's epic The Rime of the Ancient Mariner.

Students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland have joined forces with the Dundee Rep to stage coming of age rock musical Spring Awakening. Janice speaks to three of the cast.
