Colum Arbuckle visits the Arcadia in Portrush, at one time one of the most famous ballrooms in Ireland. He talks to people who came here to dance in the 50s and 60s as well as those who attend the Yoga, Zumba and Pilates classes that are offered for older people at the Arcadia today.
