The Beatstalkers, Moray Hunter and Kris Berry live in session

Janice Forsyth talks to Davie Lennox of The Beatstalkers, hears from Scottish comedian, writer and performer Moray Hunter, and has Kris Berry live in session!

Ahead of the release of a new book entitled THE BEATSTALKERS: Scotland's Number 1 Beat Group Janice Forsyth talks to one of Scotland's first-ever pop stars: frontman Davie Lennox - to track their rise to fame, working with David Bowie, and others and how they famously caused a riot(!) in 1965 when 7,000 fans turned up for a free concert in Glasgow's George Square!

She also has live music and conversation with Kris Berry - a rootsy artist whose music brings together such varied styles as New Orleans jazz, country, and R&B, as well as sounds from her native Caribbean.

And, in the second of our series of features showcasing new comedy on 主播大秀 Radio Scotland, you can hear 'Weekend Survivalist' by Colin McLaren who will be on hand to discuss it alongside one of the actors featured - the brilliant Scottish comedian, writer and performer, Moray Hunter.

All that and a brand new Single of The Week!

Don't Miss it!
