In a busy few hours in the pool, England's Rio Olympic 200m individual medley silver medallist Siobhan-Marie O'Connor hopes to defend her Commonwealth title.
There are also plenty of medals up for grabs in the track cycling, with the men's points race and the women's keirin final and scratch race all to be decided in the company of Clare Balding.
