Colum Arbuckle's guests are Paul Haller and Frank Liddy.

Both are practising Zen Buddhists. Paul once lived in a cave in Thailand when he was studying Buddhism and he is now the Zen Abbot of San Francisco. Frank lives in Belfast and his Zen name is 'Genzan Zenan,' which actually translates as 'Black Mountain.'

Plus, Colum meets the late Joe Dolan's brother Ben to relive the great showband era, and we travel back to May 1968 and the student riots in Paris.
