Snow Patrol perform live in session, featuring music from 'Wildness', their first album in seven years, and a special 'Back To Where It Began' track.

Since their debut in 1998, Snow Patrol have gone on to become one of the biggest and most successful groups in the world, racking up an impressive number of critical and commercial accolades, including 15 million album sales, 1 billion plus streams and 5 UK Platinum albums.

They've also had Grammy, BRIT and Mercury nominations, while hit singles' 'Chocolate', 'Run', 'You're All I Have', 'Just Say Yes', 'Called Out In The Dark' and 'Chasing Cars' - the 2nd longest-running single in UK chart history - continue to be heard regularly across UK radio.

Plus as well as side projects including Tired Pony, the band have written for the likes of Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Biffy Clyro, P!nk, Rudimental and One Direction.

Snow Patrol will perform at the 主播大秀's 'The Biggest Weekend' in Coventry on Sunday 27th May.
