Film review day, plus crime writer Mark Billingham on his latest novel

Film review day, including Rupert Everett's directorial debut, The Happy Prince, plus crime writer Mark Billingham on his latest novel.

Film critics Eddie Harrison and Alison Rowat review the week's latest releases, including Rupert Everett's debut as a director, The Happy Prince, which focuses on the final days of Oscar Wilde's life, as he lies dying in exile and destitution in Europe.

They'll also give their verdict on another debut, Ari Aster's Hereditary, a supernatural thriller which many critics are saying is the most shocking film you'll see this year.

And is the reboot of cult cop comedy Super Troopers up to the standard of the 2001 original, or simply outdated fare?

Crime writer Mark Billingham will also join Grant to talk about his latest novel, The Killing Habit.

Theatre-maker Graham Eatough discusses his National Theatre of Scotland production The Reason I Jump, a one-of-a-kind memoir which explores how an autistic mind works.

And Scotland's Makar Jackie Kay joins Grant ahead of Independent Bookshop Week, when she'll be touring around the country in the company of Carol Ann Duffy and Welsh National Poet Gillian Clarke.
