The gambling regulator says online betting firms must make big changes to how they interact with gamblers who are being made VIP members. The Gambling Commission says in a new report that interactions between companies and customers mostly encourage gamblers to spend more, rather than checking a customer's background and their welfare. We speak to new Gambling Commission Chief Executive, Neil McArthur.

A new comedy show called Stath Lets Flats on Channel 4 follows the life of an incompetent lettings agent trying to rent out pokey London flats. We speak to the star and writer, Jamie Demetriou, about how he found comedy in the London property market.

Gibson guitars fell into financial trouble earlier this year. At first it was reported that it was because Rock and Indie were falling out of favour with young people, but guitar sales globally are strong - so what really caused the problems? Our reporter Simon Hoban has been finding out.
