A new code is being introduced that should mean greater protection from banking fraud for consumers. But will it work? And why the hi-vis jacket is the thing to be seen in.

There was a time when banks refunded money lost through fraud with very few questions asked. That changed when the scale of online fraud increased massively. Now there's an onus on the consumer to get things right, particularly when it comes to protecting security information like passwords. A new code being introduced next month aims to shift some of the responsibility back towards the banks to protect us from fraud. But as criminals get ever-more sophisticated, will it work?

We report on a contender for the oddest item of clothing to hit the catwalk this year - the humble hi-vis jacket. It's being fuelled by the Instagram age where, as millennials scroll hurriedly down the page, it's all about standing out.

And we're live from the biggest consumer electronics fair in the world in Berlin. 8K televisions are one of the big reveals this time, but with some arguing that the human eye can barely detect such nuances, has tech finally outstripped our ability to appreciate it?
