The Army is being criticised for running a recruitment drive which campaigners say targets "adrenaline seeking" young people, specifically from working-class backgrounds, in areas of the country where prospects are otherwise limited.

The Army says its 'This is Belonging' campaign is aimed at anyone who meets their high standards, regardless of background, and seeks to illustrate the opportunities joining the service offers.

The UK is the only country in the EU which recruits from the age of 16, and the charity Child Soldiers International says it's seen evidence that the latest campaign is specifically aimed at teenagers who are easily influenced by other people.

Also on the programme, Alastair Cook says he thinks his time as a chorister at St Paul's Cathedral helped turn him into a record-breaking opening batsman. Sam Walker talks to opera singer Tom Elwin who sang in the same choir.
