Four celebrity duos join part of the Endurance Rally Association's Road to Saigon. The teams start a three-day journey across Cambodia totalling an eyewatering 900 kilometres.
In episode three the teams head towards Phnom Penh at the start of a three day journey across Cambodia totalling an eye watering 900 kilometres. The first day of the journey through the rugged countryside is broken up by a pit stop at the official rally lunch stop 鈥� a market which sells insects and spiders as snacks.
Once in Phnom Penh Tinchy and Jordan pay a visit to the notorious S21 prison, where thousands of Cambodians were tortured during the brutal rule of the Khmer Rouge, while Andi and Miquita and Martin and Shirlie visit the infamous Killing Fields. Noel and Liz find some hope amongst the horrors of the past, and all of the teams are deeply touched by their experiences before heading off for the next leg.
Faced with one of the longest and toughest drives of their itinerary, the Edmonds prove their rallying spirit, whilst others are afflicted by fatigue and ill health. Finally all four teams cross the border into Vietnam - and Martin shares his memories of his darkest moments with Jordan and Tinchy.
