Caroline Barker presents live coverage from the Brighton Centre as the world's top eight players get the competition under way in the first of a round-robin phase of group games. The opening fixture in group B is a mouthwatering affair between the current world champion Rob Cross and the reigning Champions League winner Mensur Suljovic, swiftly followed by Peter Wright v Simon Whitlock. Group A then kicks off with Gary Anderson against Daryl Gurney before ending with a bang with world number one Michael van Gerwen taking on Dave Chisnall.
