This programme has learned that 12 areas of England have banned IVF for women over the age of 34. That's despite government guidelines saying it should be offered to women aged up to 42. The government says a blanket ban is 'unacceptable.
A plane carrying 188 people has crashed into the sea, just after it took off from the Indonesian capital Jakarta - so far no survivors have been found.
Tributes are being paid to the owner of Leicester City football club who died in a helicopter crash at the stadium along with two of his staff, the pilot and his partner.
