Episode 3 of 4

Series in which Matthew Pritchard tries to show that a vegan diet benefits everyone. He prepares a vegan breakfast for a group of GCSE pupils at Kings Monkton School, Cardiff.

Dirty Sanchez daredevil frontman Matthew Pritchard is an ultra-athlete, chef and a passionate vegan to boot. He loves nothing more than proper, tasty, delicious vegan food. Now, he is on a mission to prove that a vegan diet can make you fitter, stronger, and healthier and to show us all that his favourite food isn't all boring and bland. In fact, he wants to show us all that it can stand up to, and even better, any non-vegan meal. He's taking on the anti-vegans one dish and one challenge at a time as he meets groups of fellow Welsh food fans who all have very different dietary requirements.

This time, Matt goes back to school for the first time in 20 years to try and convince a group of GCSE pupils from Kings Monkton School in Cardiff that vegan food can be proper brain food and tasty, too. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it's vital to kick-start the bodies and brains of teenagers in particular. But can a vegan breakfast stand up to a classic fry-up and sizzle on these teenagers' taste buds? Matt gets his thinking cap on.
